Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Yoga Tracker (operated by PalWorks) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Service and its public dashboards.

Information we collect

• Account information — the email address and name of leaders and administrators who sign in.
• Practice data — messages from the WhatsApp groups you connect that indicate a practice session, the participant's display name or phone number as it appears in the group, and the date and time of each recorded practice.
• Technical data — basic logs, and, where enabled, product analytics and error reports used to keep the Service reliable.

How we use it

• To generate and display the practice dashboards that are the core of the Service.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Service.
• To contact you about your account, such as sending sign-in links.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Consent

Group leaders are responsible for having a lawful basis to process participants' information and for informing participants that their practice activity is recorded and shown on a dashboard.

Public dashboards

A group's dashboard is viewable by anyone who has its link. Display names that look like phone numbers are partially masked. Leaders control which groups are active and can deactivate a dashboard at any time.

Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run the Service, under appropriate safeguards. These include our cloud hosting, transactional email (Resend), and, where enabled, product analytics (PostHog) and error monitoring (Sentry). These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Retention and deletion

We keep data for as long as a group is actively tracked. Leaders can export their organisation's data or request its deletion from the admin tools, and deleting an organisation erases its associated records. To request erasure, contact us at [email protected].

Security

Access is restricted by authentication and per-tenant isolation, and sensitive values are encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your information. Contact us to exercise them.

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
