These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Yoga Tracker (the "Service"), operated by PalWorks. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What the Service does

Yoga Tracker reads messages from WhatsApp groups you administer to record who practised each day and presents that information as a live dashboard. It is a productivity tool for practice groups and their leaders.

Accounts and access

  • Access is granted by approval. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.
  • You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the Service.

Your responsibilities

  • You may only connect and track WhatsApp groups that you administer or are otherwise authorised to manage.
  • You are responsible for informing group participants that their practice activity is being recorded and displayed, and for obtaining any consent required by law.
  • You must not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to harass others, or to process data you have no right to process.

WhatsApp and third parties

Yoga Tracker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of WhatsApp remains subject to WhatsApp's own terms, and you are responsible for complying with them.

Availability and warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every message will be classified correctly.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PalWorks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
